Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Here's exactly how it works.
How to start a return
Sign in to your account, open the order you'd like to return, and choose Request return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Once your request is approved, we'll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted. Prefer to do it by email? Reach us at info@saltandhoneyus.com.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong one, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If you have any questions about your specific order, just get in touch.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Remember it can take a little time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
